Ross at RMG Electrical contacted me 24 hours after my posting went live and came to my home to check what the job entailed. He was polite, informative and his quote was within my budget so we agreed that he would order up the items needed and complete the job within 7 days. At no time did I feel that I was being pushed into this decision. As promised Ross completed the job on the date agreed and I am delighted with my new electric radiators and he left the work spaces immaculate ...even hoovered before leaving.! I would definitely recommend Ross and use again.

Full Interior Fit-Out for New House
I hired RMG Electrical/Capital Interiors for substantial renovation works at my property, including electrical, heating, plasterboard and associated building works. My dealings throughout the project were primarily with Ross McGuigan. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing, and the project remains incomplete several months beyond the agreed completion period despite repeated assurances, revised deadlines and multiple opportunities being provided for the works to be completed. A significant issue for me was the lack of clear planning, changing timescales, missed attendance dates and repeated assurances that works would be completed or signed off when this later proved not to be the case. I repeatedly requested written programmes, receipts, certifications and confirmation of attending trades but struggled to obtain consistent information. I have since obtained independent inspections and advice from other qualified trades due to concerns regarding parts of the electrical and heating installation. As a result, I am now having to arrange further inspections, remedial works and additional contractors in order to progress the project towards Building Control completion. At the time of writing, the contractual and financial position remains unresolved, and I am considering formal recovery action in relation to incomplete and remedial works. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend exercising caution before engaging this contractor for renovation or refurbishment projects.

Ross was polite, professional and reliable. He completed the job, and overcame obstacles outwith his remit, with no issue, even going to the bother of collecting a part that should have been there. Would highly recommend him for any jobs, and would use him again.
