Laminate Flooring and Skirting Installation
I highly recommend Marius. He responded to my job quote request on this site in early 2024 for fitting laminate flooring but my buy-to-let flat also needed paint throughout and he quoted for that also. His price was very fair and all the work came out great - paint, carpet fitting and laminate flooring. But more importantly I found Marius very easy to work with. He was super reliable and made helpful suggestions on the scope of work and on suppliers for good quality, reasonably priced carpet (and many other things) which I found extremely helpful. He sent me updates every day with photos to show progress, never tried up-selling me, completed everything in a timely manner, disposed of rubbish and always leaves things clean and tidy. He has subsequently done lots of other work for me in other properties including a complete new bathroom (bath, shower, tiling, lighting etc,) refinishing a wooden kitchen worktop and numerous other tasks. He's now my number 1 go-to person because he has a wide range of skills, is honest & fair and is well-liked by the tenants; and if there's the occasional thing he can't do, he'll tell you straight.
