Rating would have been high, was happy with the work done. unfortunately there has been some problems with the patio due to recent rainfall. Sand is spilling out from underneath the patio and is spilling into next doors garden. A couple of the paving slabs have also cracked and broken, probably due to the now uneven surface below. I have tried to contact R&l groundworks several times over the last 3 weeks. I have emailed with pictures, I have left voicemail messages and I have texted the number that was used to contact me. I have had ZERO response. I have email proof that I was quoted a 10 year guarantee on all the work done. It hasn't even been 2 months since the work was completed and I'm already having problems and it appears that this tradesman is ghosting me. If he gets back in touch after seeing this rating I may be willing to change the rating.

Tree Felling
Robert was polite, quick to respond quoted a fair price. Turned up as promised the day after and got the job done all rubbish removed and taken away would recommend.
