Paint Small Lounge Walls And Woodwork
This man arrived just before 9.30 am and was packed up and ready to leave at 3.30 pm the same day. I made him bacon sandwiches at 11 am . He was supposed to of put 2 coats of emulsion on the ceiling and walls , paint said allow 4 hours drying time before 2 nd coat is applied !! I had already sanded down and prepared walls ! It is an absolute disgrace!! The ceiling is full of streaks he said he used 5 litres of dulux durable emulsion that cost me £56 !! He said he waited for it to dry a bit when he had his lunch out in the car , I was not at home them . I even said I would pay him more if he did a good job !! When I came home I was shocked , with his breakfast and lunch this job took him less than 4 hours , I asked for part of it to be refunded , and he refused. I am an honest person and this has really left me shaken up also very very much out of pocket . I am so upset
Rj decoratorsI have never in my working professional career encountered anything like this, after working for council and myself last 40 years. I had to block this person as she was sending threatening texts and lies which are very disturbing. All the paint was used that was provided 2 coats for ceiling and walls. Everything was dry before applying the 2nd coat. When finished she asked me for a price for the stairs so it doesn't really add up
