Supply and Fit Toilet and Cistern
Jack has been back 5 times now and we still have a leaking toilet
Rixy Plumbing & HeatingHi, this is my only review that’s ever been below 5 stars. Last time I came round (9th September) I said if it was still leaking I would change the stack pipe elbow that connects to the flexi waste pipe so if you messaged me I could of resolved this before you left a review. Unfortunately with plumbing, it is not out of the ordinary to have leaks that can be a pain to resolve however every time I have left the toilet has not been leaking and I have showed you that. I’ve come back every time within a couple days of you messaging me and I’ve also replaced a toilet seat that you was not happy with free of charge. I personally do not think the work I have done merits a 2 star review, however thank you anyway and take care.
Repair Kitchen Radiator Valve
We agreed a price and a time prior to the repair. No call out charge. Work was done in a very professional way and all works. During the installation he pointed out a small leak in the boiler area. We have a numbr of other small jobs we want him to undertake in the near future.

Jack was prompt at responding and kept good communication. The work was completed swiftly with no issues. A very pleasant experience and would highly recommend!

recently had a fantastic experience with Rixy Plumbing and Heating, and I wanted to share my positive experience with others. His professionalism extended to his appearance, and it was clear that he takes pride in his work. In summary, I can wholeheartedly recommend Jack and Rixy Plumbing and Heating.
