Initial engagement was good however the first attempt at laying a level stable patio was completely unacceptable. Leon did come round and view the work and agreed to rectify. The second attempt has resulted in damaged slabs over 50% of which are still unstable making the patio completely unsuitable for the intended purpose. Now they are un-contactable so I will need to engage and pay someone else to complete the job properly.
