Welcome to Rising Property Services,
Having trained initially as a Yacht & Boatbuilder with ships joinery and then on to plumbing & heating i am very knowledgeable and experienced to deal with most issues.
I worked for Fairline luxury yachts manufacturer which is where i served my apprenticeship which then stood me in god stead to work in up market house's such as in Mayfair Marlebone and Chelsea to name a few.

Replace Close Coupled Toilet
Luke, was very polite, professional and had good knowledge of the job in-hand. He identified a manufactory problem within the unit with which he dealt with it straight away and was able to get a new unit and fit the next day. Great work and within short timescales.
Install New Outside Tap
Luke was personable and had good knowledge of the task and talked me through everything he intended to do and, then, actually did. The job is exactly what I was after and everything left clean and tidy. Would definitely use RPS again.
Replace Shower Screen
He gave a quote, ordered the item required and fitted it the next day, taking the old shower screen away and the price was fair.
