Efficient, friendly & accommodating. Doug and his team take videos/photos of everything before and after so you can clearly see the work carried out. Everything they say they will do, they no. Everything is fully explained with no upsell, Doug will show you the issue, provide a quote and leave it for you to decide if you want to proceed or not. Highly recommended, great expertise and professionalism and it was a pleasure doing business with them. Would absolutely use Ridgeplus RS again.

Supply and Fit Chimney Rain Cap
Doug fitted us in at short notice to fit a cowl on our chimney. Whilst carrying out the work he took photographs of other issues he had spotted with the chimney stack i.e loose bricks requiring repointing and loose flashings, both requiring attention at extra cost. We agreed to have the work completed whilst they were up there to prevent further issues developing despite spending twice as much as we had intended - a bit of a blow. Following completion, Doug provided photographs showing the completed work.

Work was done to a high standard, Douglas and the team were great, he communicated any additional costs there and then and the work was all done quickly. I will absolutely use their services again.
Clear Gutters 2 Storey House
Contacted Ridgeplus roofing yesterday and they arrived this morning as planned. They came originally to clean the gutters but Douglas also answered my concerns about other aspects of my roof. We had a chat and with the help of photos I decided to have the ridge tiles repaired (they were long overdue) The lads were polite and professional. No hard sell. Thank you Douglas
