We had problem with birds getting under roof tiles. Douglas came promptly and gave us a quick quote. When some tiles were lifted bigger problem was identified which he took pictures off. We agreed revised quote and he got on with the job straight away. He took picture of completed job. He also came back quickly to fix small snag. Good job. I would use him again.
