Our toilet was leaking. They came quickly the next day and changed the flexible connector and parts in the cistern tank, causing the leak. The problem was fixed and done well.

John completed the works in 2 hours to a more than satisfactory standard. His initial advice on the work required was clear and concise. He produced receipts for the parts required. The hourly rate did not appear to be excessive.
