    Sean clearly explained what they would do to fix each of the problems I consulted them on. Although not the cheapest quote they were professional in their approach, punctual and from what I could see, thorough in their work. Obviously the 'proof of the pudding' will be how long their work lasts for and if their ten year guarantee stands up but from what I saw there is no reason to doubt it.
