The trader came to inspect the chimney and said my chimney flashings were not water tight and needed resealing. Which they say they fixed. Behold, after they left, the chimney was still leaking. I’ve contacted him numerous times to rectify the issue but keeps promising to return but never turns up. Eventually I asked for a refund and he’s gone quiet despite offering a written 12month guarantee for the work. I’m starting to believe that this company is a fraud.

Rhino Building CompanyI can assure we are not fraud and that the works carried out to your roof and chimney were completed we even done extra work securing a couple of slates,your chimney may have other issues on top aswell as the flashings we secured and sealed.This can be looked at a additional cost.Thankyou

Lee phoned me to arrange to come and look at the job. I asked for a rough time they'd get here, he was on another job and said around 1pm. They got here at 1pm on the dot! Quickly checked what needed to be done, gave me a very reasonable quote and did the job straight away. Cleared up after themselves, job done! He's told me the work is guaranteed for 2 years so I have peace of mind that it's taken care of. Thank you!
