This job was changed from a simple 2 rows of flags to a complete makeover. BRYAN DAVID BRETT turned up at my home, talking the talk. He completely drew me in. He started the job and I paid him an amount upfront. I ended up with the most terrible mess you could imagine. By then it was too late to change to any other tradesman because he'd taken too much money. He hardly ever turned up. It was either too hot, too cold, it might rain, I have to look after my son, I am happy to refund you. You name it, the lies rolled out of his mouth without him even having to think! He laid flagstones on sand with a mix of 10 sand to 1 cement. He broke my swing and promised to replace it. This was because not only had he broken it but as a supposed thank you to the kindness shown to him when we stupidly believed he'd been suicidal. He's left broken flagstones which I hadn't seen, right at the bottom of thd garden. He's laid the flagstones not only on sand but not level. He knew full well they had to be level because I'm elderly and my balance is bad. He repeatedly offered platitudes, not one of which was true. He offered me a refund to be paid in June. It never happened. I then asked for just a 50% refund, knowing full well that this work would have to be taken up and re-done. On the day that partial refund was due to be paid, he was in touch with my daughter, telling her that it would be in my bank account by that evening. Of course, that refund was not paid and by the next morning he had blocked her! He put gravel between my flagstones then proceeded to spray resin everywhere so not only is the work unsatisfactory in the extreme but the flags are disgustingly marked by resin. He was bringing someone he knew, to steam cleaning at the end of the job and of course that didn't happen. I in fact spoke to that gentleman and he told me it wasn't happening. He inflated the cost of materials by over 100%. I got the full amount of materials directly from Travis Perkins and was shocked by the enormity of his lies. He'd told me the artificial grass I had, would be between £850 and £1250. Travis Perkins told me he'd paid less than £300 for that grass. I have everything, and I MEAN everything, documented. I could go on. I could probably go on all day, documenting the scale of his lies and his incapability to do this kind of work. He won't care. His Private Limited Company is going to be struck off....check for yourself. It's of no consequence to him because he only holds £1 in capital in that inaptly named "company" He is the worst liar I have ever encountered in my almost 80 years. I regret the day he turned up at my home with his clever talk, massive ego and missing teeth....the latter should have been a warning to me of what kind of individual he is! I am now afraid to sit in my own (awful) garden with my back to the drive, for fear of what this unhinged individual might do to me. The Police are aware. So are Action Fraud, so are Citizens Advice and so are the local Police force. This is elderly abuse and thieving at its worst!

This person BRIAN BRETT has taken a 700 deposits i paid him for materials he kept me hanging for two weeks then said he will not be doing the job after all, he said he will return my deposit after them materials have been picked up, the material have been picked up four days ago and he has not refund my money , he has blocked my number and wont communicate at all. He never kept his word about anything he agreed to do so far this shows he had no intention to do in the first place, wasted my time and taken my money not done the job!

RGB had 5/5 communication from start to finish. They arrived when they said they would and communicated clearly through out the install. The install of our concrete posts and gravel boards is of a high standard and the finish of the new fence has left the whole garden looking new again. I will be recommending to others and definitely inviting RGB back for further work to our house. Thank you again guys.

I needed a washer/dryer installing in my static caravan. I had another company inform me that one wouldn’t fit in the space but RGB advised that it could, with a particular size and removal of a cupboard. Not exactly a straightforward job and electrics needed some alterations too. RGB came out to measure up, advised on the spec and very kindly collected the appliance for me. The work was carried out promptly and to a very high standard. I’m really pleased with the standard of workmanship. Friendly, polite and considerate service at a very fair price. I would definitely use RGB Property Services again and would highly recommend their company to others.

Bryan and Sheldon did a great job with my skirting after poor experience with a previous workman. They redid the upstairs skirting and then sorted the ground floor. Great workmanship. Would recommend their services.

Bryan came out to quote me for an 8-metre fence to ensure dog security. The work has now been completed and it looks fantastic. It wasn’t an easy job, as the area is tricky with mature conifer trees and deep roots, but Bryan handled it brilliantly. His communication was excellent throughout – he kept me informed of timings and explained clearly how the job would be carried out. I’m so delighted with the result that I’ve already asked him to quote on other jobs I need doing. Highly recommended!
