I hired Ryan Griffiths in February to supply and fit a new door. I explained at the time that, as a single parent, this was a significant expense for me. Following the quotation, I paid an £800 deposit. Initially communication was good, and I was given repeated assurances regarding delays and personal circumstances. However, after several months, no work was carried out, no door was supplied, and communication stopped completely around three weeks ago. I formally requested a refund and allowed additional time for a response before posting this review, but I have still received no reply or resolution. As things currently stand, I have paid £800 and received nothing in return. I am now pursuing legal action to recover the money. I am posting this so others can make an informed decision before handing over deposits.
Finish En-suite & Small Plumbing Jobs
This guy Ryan quoted for a job in my bathroom which I paid for , and also for new porch doors . I paid for bathroom work upfront , and half of the cost of the doors . He came and did an afternoons work , then didn’t return . I waited in 6 times . I requested to cancel the doors and have a refund - he refused as said doors were in progress. I rang the supplier to check - no doors ordered. So I’m left £800 down , bathroom still not done , and want to warm people of my experience as there are ruthless people out there . I’ve had to report to the police and action fraud

Ryan came and did a brilliant job of the handywork for me including putting up a coat hanging unit, fixing the beading on the skirting boards and fixing my front door lock!! Will be using again.
