Fix Miele Washer Dryer Issue
Stay away from these guys because they ultimately broke our washer dryer (it didn't turn on after they'd left). Other issues: - The guy brought his partner to the job and she sat just there waiting for him. Incredibly unprofessional to think that they thought this was okay (btw this is illegal under UK trading standards) - He refused to remove footwear, didn't use protective overshoes, leaving poo stains from his shoes (ofc he didn't offer to clean/scrub them out) - During the visit, the operative was overheard asking questions by phone about what do to do with the repair. Clearly he had no clue what he was doing, demonstrating a lack of expertise In the end, the washer dryer ended up breaking down and we've had to buy a new one to replace it. Stay away from these guys

Our engineer attended the property to diagnose an existing fault with the washer-dryer. At the time of the visit, the appliance had already been reported as not functioning correctly. No repair work was carried out that could have caused the issue described. We also note that no concerns were raised during the visit itself. Our operative attended to assist in diagnosing the problem and acted in good faith throughout the appointment. For clarity, we strongly dispute the claim that our attendance caused the appliance to fail. All communication and details surrounding the visit have been documented.
