About
Renov8 property ltd was created by John stacey who is skilled in all aspects of the building trade, having been in the industry since 1984 starting with paint and decorating, to 1987 was a labourer for a bricklayer subsequently learned the trade and moved on to learn plastering and dot and dab plaster boarding. Started working for a company in 1998 with a large portfolio of properties in need of full renovations so plumbing carpentry and kitchen-bathroom fitting became part of daily work schedules, this continued through till 2007 where work would go into the commercial sector, again working for another company acquiring site manager certification and gaining best in build awards for the company, from metal stud walls to suspended ceiling's, working on Hotel receptions & bathrooms, colleges, schools, to house extensions there are no works that haven't been undertaken, and seen through to the highest of standards. In addition to Renov8 Johns son Andrew has accumulated as many skills with carpentry being his first and foremost trade, however has himself picked up on all the trades, between them both the attention to detail on all jobs are second to none.
