George initially attended the property to conduct a full assessment of the work required and provided a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of both labour and material costs. His approach immediately created a sense of inclusion and confidence, as I felt fully informed and involved throughout the process. Communication was consistently professional, clear, and efficient from the outset, and a mutually agreed schedule for the works was promptly arranged. On the agreed date, George arrived punctually and commenced work without delay. During the course of the project, he identified multiple structural imperfections within the wall itself and demonstrated considerable technical competence in compensating for these issues to ensure a flawless finish. This level of attention to detail reflected both experience and genuine craftsmanship. With respect to his tiling ability, I would describe George as operating at an expert level. Every tile cut was executed with precision and fitted perfectly into place. The alignment, symmetry, and overall finish were exceptional. The grouting, in particular, elevated the final result and completed the work to an extremely high standard. The project was completed within a reasonable timeframe, and George maintained a clean and organised workspace throughout, ensuring everything was tidied thoroughly upon completion. He was courteous, honest, and highly professional to deal with at every stage. The second individual working alongside him was also clearly skilled and contributed positively to the quality of the work delivered. I would strongly recommend George to anyone seeking high-quality tiling or renovation work. His pricing was fair, transparent, and entirely justified by the standard of workmanship provided.
