The initial quote was high but we appreciate the danger of the job. However they came earlier than we had planned and once on site came up with more jobs they felt needed doing. We stuck to the original job and will wait for the rain to see if it was effective.

Steve was very kind and aware the roof repair was organised on behalf of an elderly vulnerable person. He provided a fair quote, but inspection noticed sealing was required and other tiles had slipped. Steve took time to explain all this and planned action with a neighbour who the customer trusted.
