Replace Bathroom Light Switch
Not the cheapest but I now have a kitchen light the works after years of damp from the flat above, a hopeless bathroom pull switch replaced by a light switch outside the bathroom and a new conmumer unit providing 30 milliamp protection to all circuits. Very hard and fast workers.
