I am very disappointed and angry. I hired Dan Burnham to replace the felt roof on the extension in April 2023. Dan gave me a 20-year guarantee. I paid the full amount, when requested. By November, the felt roof was leaking extensively. I must have phoned him over 50 times, he only answered twice. He assured me he would come to repair the roof and honour the guarantee three times. He said he had injured his finger. After several weeks and many calls, emails and texts, Dan did NOT come to repair the roof at all, or send anyone else.

Ready RoofingAfter hitting the bone with a skill saw and severing the nerve and flexor tendon in my index finger I have been in contacted the customer to get this issue resolved. I had surgery and 12 weeks off of work recovering. The customer has in the meantime left this review which was a glowing one before the issue after me explaining the problem I had in returning. I am back working now and have tried arranging to get the work sorted and no reply. I feel this is unfair considering the circumstances.

Excellent service. Dan was very helpful. Explained everything clearly. Work was completed swiftly to a high standard. The guys (inc. Dan) who came to the house were very polite and respectful when inside our home. Would recommend.

ready roofing contacted me friday 8/4/22 asked me if they could come out sunday 10/4/22 turned up 0900 and went to work took chimney down and rebuilt by 15.30 super job very polite and cleaned up after recommended by ann and nigel
