Trace and Repair Bathroom Leak
Had a hidden leak in the bathroom upstairs causing a flood into the kitchen and outside - 3 separate plumbers and the insurance company involved and still hadn’t been resolved leaving my family including 8 year old for no running water for a week and significantly out of pocket. Made last plea on here first thing this morning and had a call back from Kerr within the hour to discuss. He arrived 45 minutes after our conversation and was beyond personable, reassuring and efficient. Within 15 minutes he’d inspected the entire bathroom and removed areas previously completely overlooked by the others - found the source of the primary leak and explained everything he could do to help, including helping navigate the evidence/report/photos required for the insurance. He’d completed the job within the hour and provided invoice immediately for us to progress our claim. Genuinely could not have had a nicer and more competent person come to our rescue in time of need and his charge has been half the price of the others who didn’t even fix the issue. Absolutely 10/10 and could not recommend or thank him enough
