About
I carry out building, joinery and handyman work around the Tatton and Cheshire areas. I give free estimates and clear straightforward quotes. I have 46 years experience as a Carpenter and Joiner, having served an Apprenticeship for 4 years from 1979 to 1983. This always ensures a quality job.
I then established as a self employed Joiner on March 5th 1984...and I've never had a one week gap in work ever since.
I try my best to choose to work for quality customers as well, I think that's important. I do a methodical belt and braces job that will last many years, I've no interest in rushed quick fix shortcut work at all. I'm lucky that most of my customers tend to give me carte blanche, as they appreciate quality work, and it's a pleasure then to do a nice job for them.

Build Two Stud Walls With Doorways
Bob came and created two partition walls for our new master bedroom/ ensuite and also hesorted out an issue with our chimney He provided a very reasonable quotes and was a super polite and friendly guy. We enjoyed chatting to him. The work he did was excellent and we will definitely be using him again to fit our flooring soon.

Great job of fixing a botched DIY. Great painting and decorating services made our bathroom ceiling and bathroom look brand new again . Rob went the extra mile and redid all the silicone in the bathroom too

Very competent and capable. Robert is old school, taking his time to do a thorough job with personal and professional pride.
