About
I carry out building, joinery and handyman work around the Tatton and Cheshire areas. I give free estimates and clear straightforward quotes. I have 46 years experience as a Carpenter and Joiner, having served an Apprenticeship for 4 years from 1979 to 1983. This always ensures a quality job.
I then established as a self employed Joiner on March 5th 1984...and I've never had a one week gap in work ever since.
I try my best to choose to work for quality customers as well, I think that's important. I do a methodical belt and braces job that will last many years, I've no interest in rushed quick fix shortcut work at all. I'm lucky that most of my customers tend to give me carte blanche, as they appreciate quality work, and it's a pleasure then to do a nice job for them.

Various Handyman Tasks
Very competent and capable. Robert is old school, taking his time to do a thorough job with personal and professional pride. Spent time getting materials and was flexible when needed a new material/ tool to tackle unpredicted issues. Very reasonably priced.Pleasant and communicative. Will definitely re-employ !

Clear Blocked Wash Basin Pipe
Within minutes of entering and seeing what needed to be done, Roger got to work on the badly blocked wash basin. The problem was sorted within a short time and the charge was modest. Thank you.

Replace Old Decking Boards
His work is extremely professional, he is a perfectionist in what he does to the point the time he takes is a little longer than expected. With Bob it has to be right no corners cut. Very pleased with the finished work would recommend Bob highly.

The original decking plan went from plan A to plan C with some improvements made to the configuration of the decking layout that ended up a beautiful job, with new steps introduced. On completion of the decking, new fencing around the decking was also made on site and fitted for a totally fresh appearance. Alan let me get on with it and was a pleasure to work for.
