DON'T KNOW WHERE TO START FROM. 1) COMPLETELY ORGANISED, HE QUOTE THE PRICE, NEGOTIATED AND THEN STARTED CHARGING ME EXTRAS INFECT WHAT WAS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE HE NEVER DONE, HE WANTED TO DO IT ACCORDINGLY. INITIALLY HE QUOTE ME THE PRICE IN FULL THEN HE COULD NOT COMPLETE THE JOB THAT HE DECIDED TO CHANGE OF PLAN AND WANTED TO INSTALL A MACERATORS WHICH WOULD NOT BE CHEAP AND THEN HE WANTED ME TO PAY FOR THE ELECTRICIAN TO FIT IT WHICH WAS NOT IN THE PLAN. ALL THIS IS ONLY BECAUSE HE COULD NOT CUT THE PIPE, I ENDED UP PAYING £200 EXTRA TO CUT THE PIPE.(THIS WAS INCLUDED IN QUOTE). AS HE REMOVED THE BATHROOM ROOM WE HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO CONTINUE TO WORK WITH HIM. 2) HE INSTALL THINGS WITHOUT ASKING YOU OR CONFIRMING WHAT HE IS DOING, IF YOU TELL HIM ANY THING HE BECOMES AGGRESSIVE AND STARTS ARGUING WITH YOU, NO MANNERS AND PATIENCE TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS. IF CUSTOMER DOES NOT KNOW THE JOB THEN AS A KNOWLEDGEABLE PERSON EXPLAINS HOW THINGS WORKS, BUT HE ON THE OTHER HAND STARTS AN CRITICIZING AND ARGUMENT. 3) IT WAS AGREED TO PAY HALF IN THE BEGINNING AND REMAINING AFTER HE FINISHES THE WORK, HE WANTED ALL THE MONEY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE WORK AND IF YOU DENY THEN HE THREATS THAT HE WILL CUT THE INSTALLED PIPE AND WILL HAVE NO WATER, SUCH AN IMITATIVE WAY THAT HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO GIVE THE PAYMENT. 4) WHATEVER AGREES HE NEVER DOES ACCORDINGLY, HE KEEPS FORGETTING WHAT WAS AGREED AND WHAT WAS PAID AND THEN HE ASK AGAIN MONEY FOR THE SAME JOB. 5) HE DOES NOT LIKE CHANGE IN JOB, NOT FLEXIBLE. 6) HIS WORK IS VERY IMPULSIVE, HE FIT A HEATHER AND MOVED MY TILE, NOW TILER DOE NOT TOUCH THE TILE COZ HE IS NOT INSURED TO REMOVE HEATER, WHEN NEIL WAS TOLD HE FIX THE TILE THAT RISES ABOVE OTHER TILES FITTED , THE WHOLE WALL IS NOW SEEN AS NON SYMMETRICAL. 7) HE FITTED TWO TOILETS ONE IS LEAKING AND OTHER ONE NOT GETTING A WATER PROPERLY, NOW THAT MONEY IS PAID HE IS DECLINING TO COME AND FIX ALTHOUGH ITS NOT EVEN 2 DAYS SINCE HE HAD FITTED. 8) FOR A NEW CUSTOMER HE HAS NO WEEKEND, BUT ONCE WORK STARTS OR NEED TO REDO CERTAIN THINGS HE HAS A WEEKEND TO REPLY. AM NOT SURE UPON MY FEEDBACK WHETHER, MYJOBQUOTE.CO.UK WILL BE ABLE TO TAKE ANY ACTION BUT; AM SO UNSATISFIED THAT, IN FEW ATTEMPTS IF THE WORK IS NOT COMPLETED THEN WILL HAVE NO OPTION BUT TO FILE A COMPLAIN UNDER A CONSUMER RIGHT ACT WHICH ALSO COVERS PLUMBERS EFFECTIVE FROM 1/10/2015.

Quikfixunfortunately Rudra was what is known as a difficult customer ,yes i charged him extra because the steel pipe referred to was a 100mm pipe under the floor, he took no notice of my advice and ordered wrong shower tray,shower and toilet which made me waste a full day also the original tiler he employed got so annoyed with his attitude he actually walked off the job so i had to pull off the job for 2 days he also wanted lots of extras that had not been priced plus wanted me to work on a SUNDAY i have worked as a plumber for 46 yrs with no real problems i,m polite and patient but he was without doubt the most rudest and awkward client i,ve ever had ,i,m actually surprised i finished the work

From quote to completion Neil is a Man of his word, punctual, clean, and done what he promised. All work done at short notice which we really appreciated. We were very happy with his work and don't have any doubts recommending him.
