I'm really sorry that this isn't a 5 star review as Tom is a very nice guy,but unfortunately time keeping, attention to detail and communication are the reasons why. The majority of the painting was done well but he didn't go right down to the plaster line/ skirting in the bedroom as well as painting a large purple mark on the white ceiling without correcting. Wallpapering was done well, but attention to detail around the socket in the bedroom could have been better. Also, whilst doing the feature walls on the half landing, he splashed paste down the newly painted wall, which,again, was not corrected. I contacted Tom about these issues, and was told he would come over the next day to correct, but did not turn up and no communication. I contacted him a couple more times over the weekend with no reply, to get a reply on Monday saying he had an accident at a job but would come Tuesday morning at 10. Again, no show or communication. It is now Thursday, so had enough. What a shame as he has a lot of positive reviews.
Wall Mount 75 Inch TV
Absolutely astounding service. Fitted and hung my 75" tv on bedroom wall and even moved my new 100" in the lounge over by 4 inches for . Workmanship was top quality. cleaned up afterwards . Arrived when he said he would. I could rave on and on for days , but I best not. I would definitely recommend Tom without any hesitation and would use again should I need any jobs doing. Honestly Tom deserves 10 out of 10 and 5 gold stars. Thanks Tom your a star .
