Next day appointment and very punctual. Work efficiently carried out within 90 minutes from arrival to work completed. In terms of hourly rate, it’s not cheap but happy with the work.

The handyman who visited to complete the job was unprofessional and rude-mannered. He is only concerned about making money and is a poor listener. During his service, he ignores the customer’s requests. He was adamant about installing wood behind the curtain pole, which is more expensive. However, I insisted that I wanted a modern, classic appearance and did not require the wood. Then, he fitted the curtain pole and struggled with the parts. He is happy to accept other jobs as he did. However, he arrived late each time and broke my new bed leg after completing floor work. I am sure because the dragging sounds were audible downstairs. Ray did not do as requested and made it more extensive to increase the payment. He does not complete the job immediately and wastes plenty of time. So, he has to come back to finish the small job. Ray went to collect my parcel from the store. It did not arrive at my address on the previous day. I told him that, and he still attempted to collect a package addressed to me. That is before completing the small job on the floor.
