Danny’s work was excellent, completed job on time, quality and excellent. Would hire him anytime to do roof work for me

I am happy to recommend Quality Construction as the work carried out was first class, the tradesmen were friendly & courteous, they also added a few finishing touches at no extra cost! The site was left clean and tidy, would not hesitate to use them again.

Communication was good and the job was completed well.

Extremely pleased with the work done. Not only did Danny and his team replace the roof of the conservatory, they also boarded the loft, replaced the light and reroofed the shed. Everything done to a high standard and any mess made , cleared. So pleased, we're having them back in the new year to do more work.

I was delighted with the work Quality Construction did for me. The roofers were hard-working, professional, polite, thoughtful and engaging. Their work was interrupted by days of bad weather and it was reassuring to know that the roof was made secure and weatherproof at the end of each day's work. I was also impressed at the way Danny Denison managed the job and kept me updated. I will definitely be using Quality Construction again.

I’m giving this company two stars as they fitted my French doors reasonably well but that’s all. Danny’s only interest was finishing the job as quickly as possible taking no care about how the finished job would look. After the doors were fitted I paid him the same day as there was only the sides to be plastered and the skirting refitted. Two weeks later after the plasterer failed to show up twice I told Danny to forget about the plastering just to come and fit the skirtings. He failed to turn up on the two dates and times he gave and has since ignored all my attempts to contact him. Also I wanted two steps from the French doors to the deck, this had been advised by the person who built the deck. Danny said it would take too long and insisted one would be enough. I accepted this at the time not wanting an argument but then found the step difficult and dangerous as the drop was too great. He informed me it conformed to building regs which I dispute. I have since removed the step and intend to build 2 steps myself to make it safer. I also paid him to resolve the water coming in below the window in my utility room and although he sealed it it is exactly the same. Lastly my French D doors as suppose to be guaranteed for 15 yrs but he hasn’t sent me a guarantee. Danny is likely to dispute all this as he did with his last poor review and accuse me of being difficult because I wanted a job done properly but at the end of the day I have no guarantee, skirtings that have no been fitted and water coming in through the window still. Do NOT use this company if you want a good job.

The men did a very good job and left the house clean and tidy. I would be happy to have them do another job for me
