Arranged a date 7 days in advance, messages him the day before to check we were still set and got no reply, didn't turn up on the day of the job, didn't reply to any messages, wouldn't answer or return my phone calls either, just complete radio silence.

Pete was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He got back to me straight away when I posted the job and came out quickly to take a look and give me a quote. His work was spot on, and what I really appreciated was how he kept me in the loop the whole time. If he ran into any issues, he'd let me know straight away and was always clear about when he'd be arriving and leaving. He's just one of those people who takes pride in his work - which is refreshing! He's a pleasure to deal with too. I'm so happy with his work that I've already booked him for my next job.
