Adam Gulrapiani of ProSkim Plastering yesterday replaced and plastered six feet by six of our dining room ceiling which had collapsed a few days earlier while I was having my breakfast. He worked without stopping, then cleaned the room and disposed of most of the debris, leaving us with nothing to do but light dusting. He charged £260, which seems a fair price to me. I would unhesitatingly recommend him.
