Overall a good job. luke was conscientious, polite efficient and skilled. He adjusted his work to suit my conditions. His team mates were also friendly and polite. They cleaned up after the work was finished. The only reason I am not giving a full 5 is that my instruction for 1 item was not carried out as instructed but I can live with that.
