Replace Roof Felt, Tiles, and Slate
Many issues post work. The wrong size window was installed with the roof now gathering a lot of moisture in the attic area. The rubbish that was promised would be collected the day after payment is still here well over two months later. There is broken guttering that remains unfixed so whenever there is rain there is water cascading into the neighbours front porch and directly outside our house. Scaffolding is still in situ having been erected three months ago. I've asked countless times to have these problems addressed and fixed but nothing ever happens. Communication post payment and the after sales care has been abysmal.
Replace House Rendering
Terrible company been a nightmare from start to finish, never completed work as agreed I was left with rubbish to remove work to be completed, damage to next door walls not repaired, drains blocked from work that was done, cables hanging off the walls, windows all marked unable to remove stains. Devastated with the outcome and really upset about it all.
External Rendering
Coming up to 2 years now and still waiting for them to change the guttering they put the wrong colour. We've rang numerous times only to be told they will be coming to change it.
Replace Gutters on House and Garage
We only saw him once, when he came to quote. He was knowledgeable and his comments were similar to those of a local building firm. I accepted his quote and paid a 25% deposit, He was supposed to start on May 12. He did not. He kept on making many various excuses and promising to turn up. He never did. He has caused inconvenience as well as financial loss.

Pro smart did a great job. Some timing issues with the scaffolders however to be expected around Christmas. Once the scaffolding was up the works were completed quickly and it looks great.
