Fix Leaking Shower and Reseal Tiles
I can wholeheartedly recommend Pro Plumb. The work they carried out on the two showers in my house was completed to a very high standard. I now have two working showers that do not leak. They also installed a pump to resolve the lower pressure issue with the upstairs shower. Phil and Andy are really nice people too. They were great to have around and always friendly and courteous. 5 out of 5 - excellent!

Repair Or Replace Leaking Kitchen Tap
They have completed the job but they did give me a quote beforehand and tried to charge me £869.99 but as it was not an emergency call out I got them to reduce it to £620, but this is still a lot more than your estimate of £210. Is there any way you or I can contact them( I have their address and telephone number) and get them to reduce the bill to a sum nearer to your quote of £210?.
PRO PLUMB 24/7Hi juilen there was a miss communication from your part regarding the fee for an out of hours emergency call out to fix your leak we kindly reduced our quote and knocked of a considerable amount as a good will gesture The job was alot more involved and needed 2 plumbers to attend as it could not be carried out by one qualified plumber we also paid for all materials needed and carried out the repair works as you agreed to go ahead with the works We are dissapointed that you have left us a 3 star review as you received a 5 star service You had plenty of time to dispute the invoice as we were kind enough to wait for a payment from you but you still paid and seemed happy with the completed work If you woukd still like to speak to somebody regarding this issues please dont hesitate to call the free call phone number provided to you and we will be more than happy to assist you Regards Pro plumb 247
Replace Toilet Fill Valve in Cistern
Phil and Andy responded very quickly to my request for help. They arrived bang on time and even messaged that they were in traffic before hand in case they might be a few minutes late. They were very respectful of my home. The Job was more complicated/awkward than initially thought, and required additional work. but was resolved to my satisfaction without delay. Would definitely recommend Pro-Plumb.
Repair Leaking Hot Water Pipe
Phill has been brilliant from start to finish, sorting out an emergency job at a time when I was unable to get to the property to oversee it. He got the job finished quickly, sorted all the problems that had led to the leak, making good at the end and kept me updated throughout. Lovely guy to work with, felt I could trust him to get on with it and would thoroughly recommend him :)
