was very polite and initially appeared extremely helpful. He identified issues with the guttering and also highlighted problems with the roof. The gutters were cleaned; however, the low-level gutters were overlooked. Some corner joints and brackets were replaced, but the gutters are still leaking. One corner bracket has been set too low, and another replacement has left the gutter disconnected. He is now not responding to further contact.
