I rarely leave reviews, but Terence (Terry) Price and the team at Priority Roofing & Building Design thoroughly deserve one. From the very first contact, the service was exceptional. I found Terry through a job quote app and, unlike many contractors who take days to respond, he contacted me promptly and visited my property the very same day. He measured up, discussed the project in detail and provided a comprehensive and professional quotation. The original project was to remove an old garden gate and replace it with a new composite gate and matching panel. Whilst discussing the work, I asked whether he could also replace the gravel border alongside the pathway, which had become tired and weathered over the years. Terry was happy to incorporate the additional work and confirmed everything could be completed within the same timeframe. One of the standout aspects of working with Terry was his communication. Every stage was clearly explained, the quotation was detailed and transparent, and a project schedule was provided from the outset. Most importantly, the schedule was adhered to exactly as promised. In my experience, that level of reliability is increasingly rare. During the project, I also mentioned another job that had been sitting on my to do list for far too long. I wanted a resin sealer applied to my Indian sandstone paving to help protect the pointing and preserve the finish. Terry advised that whilst waiting for a small delivery required for the gate installation, he could complete this work as well. Once again, everything was completed within the agreed programme. The quality of workmanship throughout was excellent. The new composite gate and panel have transformed the side access, the refreshed gravel border looks superb, and the sandstone paving has been professionally sealed and protected. The finished result has significantly improved both the appearance and practicality of the area. Equally important, Terry and his team treated our home with care and respect at all times. The site was kept clean and tidy throughout the works, disruption was kept to an absolute minimum, and nothing was too much trouble. If you are looking for a company that offers excellent communication, genuine customer care, detailed quotations, fair and competitive pricing, reliable project management and high quality workmanship, I would have no hesitation in recommending Priority Roofing & Building Design. I agree with the other reviewers - Terry came to do a relatively simple job of replacing a damaged drain culvert, which he did the day after visiting the site! It was accomplished to time and to the fixed price quote. I was impressed by him and his team, so gave him several other jobs I'd had niggling for some time. He and his team did the lot - plumbing, electrical work, bricklaying, drainage, etc. All to budget, on time, and all mess cleared up. He is not the cheapest but he is a pefectionist. But if you employ him - get in lots of decent coffee!

Teri did a great job in fixing my chimney, replacing damaged tiles and recementing the ridges. Teri has an excellent team of workers who take the time to do the job properly. Throughout the process Teri showed me the problems they encountered. When dealing with builders its all about establishing trust and I have no problems recommending him to other people.
