PrimeFixI have to say I was a little disappointed to receive a four-star review. I travelled from Grimsby to the west side of Hull and arrived at the agreed time, but had to wait outside as you weren’t quite ready. In total, the job involved a two-hour round trip, fuel costs, and four hours of work, all for £75. I always aim to provide the best possible service and keep my commitments, so it’s disheartening to feel that the effort made hasn’t been fully reflected in the rating. That said, I appreciate your feedback and am always looking to improve. If there’s anything specific you felt could have been better, I’d genuinely welcome the opportunity to understand and put it right
