Power Flush and Add Inhibitor
The booking was straight forward by messaging. The original booking never took place, I took a day off for this, and the reason was the engineer was sick, but I had to make the call on the day of work, for the then owner of the business to make a call and find out where the Engineer was. Really poor comms. The owner has no idea what his staff are doing! Rebooked for a day before I was going away. Not much more in terms of comms. The Engineer was on his own so I had to help with the equipment and the work. The Engineer was excellent just under prepared. The day after the work I get 2 phone calls and 3 messages asking for the remaining money. When it is what he wants then comms are endless. This is when he knows I'm travelling away. I paid next day. Not one star because of the Engineer.

I was disappointed with the assessment of my sister's boiler and given fraudulent information stating that the pump was broken and also stated that fixing the boiler would cost £1500,the same cost of a new boiler. The same boiler was assessed by another independent engineer and they stated that the pump was in full working order. I would not recommend this company to anyone

Repair leaking radiator check valve joint
We had a dripping radiator valve connection that was quickly getting worse, ‘Prestige Plumbers’ contacted us after we had gone through Checkatrade and we talked through the problem with Scott. He diverted a plumber to be with us within an hour. Phil arrived, assessed the problem, stopped the leak and nipped off to purchase two new radiator valves, returned and had the job finished all in less than two hours. Brilliant. Defiantly use them again. A big thank you to Scott, Phil and Prestige Plumbers.
Power Flush & Replace Radiators
Prestige Plumbers are very professional and credible company with very experience engineers. They power flushed our radiators and removed and replaced our radiators seamlessly. I would definitely recommend them
