Screed and Concrete Repair Work
Brick by brick James McGuillan did the concrete job. There were three parts. The first part he did was brilliant. The second part went badly wrong as the concrete dried too quickly and it looks all lumpy and is hard to walk on. He didn't say he needed lots of water as we could have rigged up a hose from a tap in the house. The third part he just left. Basically he walked out on us. I paid him for what he did. He sent us an email saying he wasn't coming back. Basically I've now got to find someone else to dig up the mess he left and re concrete two thirds of the job
