Craig mills from premier roofing gave me a reasonable quote which I accepted, he asked for a £400 deposit up front. After numerous dates in which he never arrived as promised I asked for my deposit back, I've now been waiting nearly 2 weeks and still no money back. I was more than reasonable and understanding but have been let down so many times.
