I firstly just want to thank Michael for coming out and being 💯 honest amd helpful in every way from having cowboy after cowboy just wanting money out of you and throw there plumbing text book at you but not actually fix anything this man came out at very last minute and fixed the heating even after getting a new boiler and still had no heat in some rooms of the house the livingroom being the main one where you have your children. Felt so deflated and lost trust then micheal came out completely transparent and now we have heating in the main room of the house so for that micheal from the bottom of my heart I am genuinely greatful see you at next year's service I am done with cowboys.....
