Brilliant. From the start Richard put us at ease, he dealt with everything. We trusted him completely and he hasn’t disappointed. He put forward suggestions as to what would work and everything he suggested from the size of the lantern to the bi fold doors is better than we could have hoped for. He kept us informed and didn't let us down finishing the job in good time. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him and would definitely use him again.
