Originally, the job was completed to an unsatisfactory standard and so the quote was reduced from the original quote. I then expressed my dissatisfaction where the tradesman ignored me and did not finish the job until I wanted to submit a formal complaint. The tradesman was completely unprofessional in dealing with my concerns and the job was delayed unnecessarily due to his conduct. I do not recommend his services if you want a job done well.

There is so much that is untrue about this review. A discount was kindly given him as the original planned work had to be adjusted due to issues at the property. So i saved him money! Job was delayed by a few days as I fell off my ladder and needed 4 days off, - is that a bad thing? I Didn't respond to a call from him for 6 hours as I was in hospital!!!!. Job was completed with 5 day delay due to injury, he said he has happy, Job was completed, issue solved, discount given, and still not happy? Not sure what else to say except CUSTOMERS PLEASE SEE MY GENUINE REVIEWS FROM MY OTHER HAPPY AND REASONABLE CUSTOMERS.

Justin was very good to deal with & clearly has a lot of knowledge in guttering, repairs & maintenance. He did a great job, on time & as quoted. I can confidently recommend Premier Gutter Cleaning & repairs.

A more detailed assessment would have helped. Sure the work was more than thought but I requested for wood to be changed and mentioned it was rotten. He was sure it was a lower price but more material were needed thus higher payment on day.All in all l think it was okay but ABIT rushed and painting wasnt done over the wood as requested. Bits of wood were thrown in my drain and my property was not swept or left clean. Otherwise, prompt arrival.
Premier Guttering & Flat RoofingUnfortunately we dont repaint or replace wood as highlighted, we just do the gutter work hence we never even quoted for it. The work did require a few cheap additional parts however we didnt charge additional labour! If there was any small bits of the old plasttic gutter that fell into the drain, that was obviously missed and certainly not deliberate.

Job was to clear out, repair and fit pidgeon deterrent to front guttering. The work was done to a high standard at a very reasonable price, with clear explanation as to the cause of and remedy for the problem. Justin was friendly and left the worksite clean and tidy. I would ask to quote for any future guttering work
