Replace Bath Tub Tap and Fix Shower
I paid £600 for a simple tap replacement and was left with a faulty installation and zero accountability. The plumber installed a new tap that was leaking from the start. He refused to take responsibility, claiming he had no idea where the leak was coming from – even though it was clearly the newly fitted tap. His attitude was dismissive: “I did what you asked – I changed the tap, end of story.” He had to come to my home four times just to replace a single tap and part of the plasterboard under the bath. On the last visit, after I complained again about the leak, he brought his supervisor – probably assuming I was making things up. The supervisor acknowledged the issue and apologised on his behalf. I was promised a partial refund, told it was sent – but I never received any money. They also claim to offer a two-year warranty, but once the job is done, they stop replying to messages. A complete lack of professionalism, poor communication, and careless service. Avoid this company.
