Replace Broken Electric Shower Unit
Installed a replacement electric shower for me quickly and to a good standard. Will was friednly and professional.
Install RCD and Shed Consumer Unit
The team, Allen and Will, came, and assesed the task, we agreed on the job, price and certificate to be emailed after the job is completed, tested. All was under 90 minutes , very competent electricians, all was as pleasent as can be. Can't fault it, next time if needed, i know who to call, coffee is on the house. Well done!
Electrical Safety Check for 2 Bed Flat
Will of Power Electrical contacted me and agreed to complete an EICR on a property I am buying. He said he would do it same or next day. He contacted me next evening to describe the job completed and asked for payment urgently that evening. Understandably, he wanted payment before he would send the certificate and receipt. So, I sent him £100 via BACS. However, the paperwork has not been sent to me. I have called him numerous times, always with a promise that he will forward the documents within a few hours. I have checked with the property agents, and he never turned up to do the work! He has refused to refund my money.

At the time of writing the job is just being planned - but comms were excellent, very competitive quote and the tradesman is willing to work through the project with the builders.
Repair Non-Heating Thermostat
Despite paying upfront as requested, the work was incomplete, and the heating system was not fixed. We asked for clarification and a detailed invoice, but did not receive one. The communication was uncomfortable, and we ultimately lost our money. We do not recommend this service.

I asked for payment once I had completed the work, which at the time you questioned, as I said to yourselves then once the job is completed payment is required, I don’t know about you but when I go to Tesco I have to pay for my items once I have finished shopping? The work was completed and returned to working order, I have not heard anything from you to say otherwise. I find it very perplexing that you have taken time out of your day to write this review, as you can see how you have alleged i have treated yourselves is not how all my other customers feel.
