Patrick is very conscientious, always here at the time we agree, which in itself is rare in this area. I am very satisfied with the work we agreed, and to the staggered payments. Patrick also gave some very timely advice, without being pushy, which isn't the usual thing. Definitely recommend P&M Construction, will be working with them again.
