PLEASE DO NOT TRUST ALL THE REVIEWS ON MYJOBQUOTE. THEY ARE NOT AUTHENTIC! Just type "PLUMBOSS MAINTENANCE" into GOOGLE and you find the true. I found this "Bossplumber" through "MYJOBQUOTE". His "company" is only himself, he is intemperate and drowns out your objections. It seems that he is either a fraud or mentally ill, which immediately raises doubts about his competence. There was no written contract between us, he just called right away, and I agreed to his visit. He visited my house on Monday, May 11th, 2026. I explained what I needed, and we agreed on 200 pounds for the work done. I was unhappy when he said that the job was done (in 15 minutes), as he knew that the radiator system needed proper maintenance using tools and sufficient time to repair it. That's why I agreed to pay 200 pounds initially. What did he do to turn off all the valves in my rooms (as I did, a layman). The radiator worked for a while, as it was before, and then it stopped working again! I wanted to solve this problem with the help of a competent person, but he did everything he could! After I objected to paying 200 pounds for nothing, he forced me pay 100 pounds. Still in the doubt, I asked him again, is the job done? He replied in the affirmative. Although I still didn't trust him, I believed him because I'm 60 years old single woman and I'm not competent at plumbing. That's why I transferred 100 pounds to him through my bank and asked for a guarantee. After the payment, he mockingly told me that I had not paid him the full amount of 200 pounds and for this reason I was not entitled to a guarantee. When I called him, he replied that I should pay another 100 pounds in advance for everything to be done!?, but I still don't understand why I paid 100 pounds, because he didn't finish his work at all! I called him today and asked for my money back. He replied: "You won't get anything!" So now I'm thinking about suing him and "MYJOBQUOTE," but I doubt his mental health.
