Steve is a really nice guy. But more than that, he is very analytical which means that he was able to diagnose things and tell me what to do to avoid calling him out if necessary (which was nice of him) and when he arrived on site, he was able to sort out the problem very quickly. This is a pretty complex system and I would readily use him again because he thinks things through and solves problems in ways that many tradesmen do not. We will definitely always use him to keep an eye on our systems in future. It's impossible to imagine somebody better.
