Clear Blocked Drain
Work was carried out at a residential rental property. As landlord, I should have been invoiced and paid directly. I was not told in advance that payment would be required on completion and was not notified when the job was being completed. When the work finished, the tradesman instead applied direct pressure to the tenant to pay, which was entirely inappropriate and caused her distress. The tenant should never have been placed in that position. The amount charged was excessive and wrong for the work undertaken. Despite repeated requests, the tradesman has refused to issue a proper invoice or receipt, has failed to clarify VAT status, and does not respond properly to reasonable queries. This was a seriously unprofessional service, with poor communication, unacceptable conduct, and no regard for basic invoicing or customer care. I regret using this tradesman and would strongly advise others to avoid similar issues by agreeing payment terms and documentation in writing before engaging.
Fix Sink Pipes and Unblock Drain
Was really good but failed to fix a leak and when contacted again no response so had to fix myself
