New method for repairing WC fill valve and syphon. Cut out the tiles, replace the concealed unit, close the system with a shower board for easy access in the future. Cheaper and quicker than having to remove the tiles, find matching tiles, etc.

Reasonable price, but finish wasn't the most tidy, & didn't have right power tools on arrival so had to use hand tools which didn't help. Did come back to fix leaking joint though.
