Replace Bathroom and Ensuite Sanitary Ware
Luke is a very polite person who sought to address all the concerns I raised about the project as it was being undertaken. On hindsight the work would have benefitted from a very detailed work plan with timescales to complete the project. Disappointedly as an experienced bathroom fitter I found he lacked the a ability to preempt possible design issues or fitting problems. Additionally what should have been a 4/5 day job turned into 3 weeks, due to short working days and childcare arrangements. Additional to the project I posted on this site I was advised on additional plumbing work which was allegedly required, knowing no better I accepted this advice. Whilst I will not go into detail suffice is to say having sought a second opinion it was apparent that both the the advice given and workmanship carried out fell significantly below the reasonable care and skill expected of a competent plumber.
