He responded very quickly to me when I posted the job. Although I was happy with the estimate that he provided and found him very pleasant to chat with I needed to get approval from my agent before going ahead as I am renting my home. As we have only the one toilet I needed the job doing asap and another plumber was able to complete the work on the morning that Kerri was coming to look at the work. This is the only reason that I did not go ahead with PipeKare.
