Trim Magnolia Tree Front of House
Used Pinewood Tree Care over the weekend, and I have to say they were absolutely brilliant! James and his team was incredibly efficient, polite and friendly, and they left everything clean. Fantastic service at a great price! I’ll definitely be using them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
Oak Tree Trimming Required
James and his climber Craig were great but didn’t have the equipment or transport to remove all of the branches cut AND UNTIL my neighbour reported large branches were dropped on his shed and showed me the damage. James asked to be paid and come back to clear up the branches covering half of my 100ft garden. I paid james everything but £200 I kept back for insurance that he would return. James didn’t come back and isn’t answering his phone or texts. I have asked James for his insurance details and it seems he has none as said he will ask his climber who doesn’t work for him but “helped for the day ”. I have been left with half an oak tree’s 2.5 metre crown to dispose of and clear myself. My pagoda and trellis are also broken as the large heavy branched were not lowered via ropes like a professional company would do. I will happily provide photographic evidence of the job, the damages and the clear up left which is going to take me another couple of days with a newly fused spine! Big lesson learned for me. Ask to see insurance documents and qualifications. Get a contract! I am sure James will agree that this is a fair review of a job that was going so well until it was time to clear up and take responsibility for damage done.
Trim and Remove Hedge Cuttings
James completed the job in the rain, which was welcome to nearly all but must have been a bit tricky for him. However he cheerfully completed the hedge trimming and tidied as best he could in the circumstances.
Tree Cutting Required
Unacceptable- the guy was only interested in money- I should have known how he kept charging the price and desperatel to come and do the job. The 2 trees we agreed he will do only ended up cutting 1- and even with the 1 the job was half undone- kept on saying I should have specified that I wanted tree reduced rather than trimming- what is the difference if you want the tree branches to be half of the tree rather than a tall tree. I felt the £150 I paid went to waste.. Very disappointed- I am a regular user of my job quote and have never been left feeling angry after tradesman has been. Disgraceful
Pinewood tree careHi there this is not true as I was working for the customer agreed to do certain things such as pruning a tree round then as I agreed a price with her then she tryed saying it was ment to be to reduce the tree such as I said no worries dont have to pay as she was not thinking of paying me for the job i done in the first place i like to make all are customers happy but not when they don’t like to pay disrespectful when I had bean there for 3 hours pruning her tree which I did explain to her it’s not about the money which we do charge if a tree needs reducing it’s different then us pruning round a tree
